We would like to reassure all customers that we will continue to deliver a service. However, you may require to access services in a different way. For example if you usually go out to a Post Office or a Paypoint outlet, and you are unable to go out, it might be beneficial to have the Allpay App downloaded to your mobile device in order that you can still pay rent. If you want advice on how to the download the App please contact the office.
Gas Servicing: This is still ongoing. We must carry out annual gas servicing to our properties to ensure tenants safety. This is required by law during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our gas contractor Saltire, will take precautions to ensure both tenant and contractor safety by adhering to social distancing measures and asking the occupants to vacate the room whilst the annual service takes place. The contractor carries their own PPE (safety equipment) and whilst in your property they will not touch any part of the property unnecessary.
Our gas contractor will contact you with an appointment 2 months before the expiry date on the current certificate (anniversary date). If you are self-isolating please contact us in the first instance and a new appointment will be made. We ask that you fully engage with ourselves and our contractor to ensure that the annual service is carried out within the anniversary date of the previous service. Click here for more information.

At present our kitchen, bathroom and window replacement programmes are on hold due to government restrictions on maintenance works. Planned electrical safety works and external works such as planned fencing replacement are going ahead as programmed.
