We are pleased to be working in partnership with Raploch Urban Regeneration Company, the Raploch Community, Scottish Government and Stirling Council on the regeneration of Raploch. The first phase of 50 homes was opened by Housing Minister Alex Neil.
A ceremony took place in Glendevon Drive, Raploch, marking the work on this new multi-tenure affordable housing project. Our Chairperson, Margaret Turner said: “Everyone at Forth Housing Association is delighted to see the regeneration of Raploch moving on to this next step. The demand for our housing continues at a very high level and our recent tenant satisfaction survey showed that 96% of our Raploch tenants expressed satisfaction with their neighbourhood."
We have proposals for an additional 53 units after a detailed Planning application was submitted to Stirling Council in March 2018. This is due for approval in July. The anticipated completions according to the developer's outline programme is 2019-2020.
