South Stirling Gateway, Whins of Milton - very early stages of potential project with Bellway Homes, for approximately 22 afforadable units as part of larger develoment of homes for sale by Bellway.
Raploch Regeneration - We are pleased to have worked in partnership with Raploch Urban Regernation Company, the Raploch Community, Scottish Government and Stirling Council on the regeneration of Raploch, where 94 additional homes have been provided by Forth. We have a further 53 homes planned for Raploch, which are anticipated to start on site in 2019.
