Our current list of new build housing gives an indication of the variety of properties that will be available in the near future. The list will be updated on a regular basis.

Projects on Site
Raploch Site 4B/Huntly Crescent – 24 units comprising 1 x 4p/3apt wheelchair user cottage flat, 11 x 2p/2apt cottage flats and 12 x 4p/3apt semi detached houses. Site start – March 2017 for house erection works. Contract completion – by April 2018.
Johnston Avenue, Edzell Drive, Cornton, Phase 2 - 23 units, comprising 7 x 4p/3apt semi-detached houses, 12 x 2p/2apt cottage flats, 4 x 4p/3apt cottage flats. Site start - 8th May 2017. Anticipated contract completion - May/June 2018.
Earlsburn Avenue/Howlands Road/Gateside Road, Cultenhove - 35 units proposed, comprising 12 x 2p/2apt and 5 x 4p/3apt cottage flats, 11 x 4p/3apt and 6 x 6p/4apt houses, 1 x 4p/3apt wheelchair user cottage flat with carport . Detailed planning application made in July 2017 and due to be determined by Stirling Council. Scheme being progressed to allow a site start in April 2018.
Raploch - various sites currently owned by Stirling Council, partnership with Robertson Group. Proposed 53 units. Detailed planning drawings submitted to Stirling Council in March 2018. Anticipated completion, according to developer's outline programme 2019 - 2020.
South Stirling Gateway, Whins of Milton - very early stages of potential project with Bellway Homes, for approximately 22 afforadable units as part of larger develoment of homes for sale by Bellway.
