Importance of Rent

The payment of rent is vital for both yourself and Forth; rent is used to pay for services such as repairs. If you do not pay rent you are breaking one of the main conditions of your tenancy.

What if my Rent or Service Charges Change?

We must tell you of any changes to your rent or service charges at least 4 weeks before the increase take place. We will always consult with you before we make any decision about a rent or service charge increase. Consultation will be in January and February.
