Raploch Regeneration

We are pleased to be working in partnership with Raploch Urban Regeneration Company, the Raploch Community, Scottish Government and Stirling Council on the regeneration of Raploch. Ninety-four new homes have now been completed.

The Association is very pleased to see the regeneration of Raploch moving to the next stage as the demand for housing in this area continues at a very high level.  

A further phase of 53 additional homes are currently being built, with more planned.
