Annual Report - Building on Success

Following a very successful AGM, our Annual Report is now ready to read. We hope that as you read through our Annual Report you will be encouraged to see and hear about how much occured in the last financial year.

The independant Tenant Satisfaction Survey, which we carried out last Summer, returned the highest level of tenant satisfaction ever received by Forth. We saw new homes being built to the highest standards of energy efficiency, tenants being assisted to improve their computing skills, and new exciting plans being drawn up for an Enterprise Hub that will provide new offices for Forth and a range of other agencies and employers.
