ATTENTION For Those In Receipt of Benefits

For those in receipt of benefits including Housing Benefit and Tax Credits please note that all DWP/HMRC computer systems are now linked with Stirling Council. As a result, if you let someone use your address for correspondence, it is likely to flag up, and your Benefits could be affected.  In some instances Benefit payments have been stopped including Tax Credits payments as DWP/HMRC believed someone else was staying in the property. This could also effect those claiming Housing Benefit.
