Our current list of new build housing gives an indication of the variety of properties that will be available in the near future. The list will be updated on a regular basis.

Projects on Site
Raploch Site 4B/Huntly Crescent – 24 units comprising 1 x 4p/3apt wheelchair user cottage flat, 11 x 2p/2apt cottage flats and 12 x 4p/3apt semi detached houses. For wheelchair user flat, specific requirements for future tenant needed by June 2017, at latest.
Site start – January 2017 for excess soil removal; March 2017 for house erection works.
Anticipated completion – by 31 March 2018
Johnston Avenue/Edzell Drive, Cornton – Housing mix includes 7 No x 4p/3apt semi- detached houses and 12 x 2p/2apt cottage flats and 4 x 4p/3apt cottge flats. Detailed Planning Application and Building Warrant submitted in August. Anticipated site start 2017/18, subject to funding availbility.
Earlsburn Avenue/Howlands Road/Gateside Road, Cultenhove - Feasibility sketches complete for these sites. Potential for 40-50 units, comprising a mix of one and 2 bedroom cottage flats, and 2 and 3 bedroom semi-detached houses. Feasibility investiagations are being undertaken for existing services.
Raploch - various sites currently owned by Stirling Council, partnership with Robertson Group. Proposed 50 units. Feasibility sketch layouts being prepared by project architects. Anticipated completion 2018 - 2020.
