Breathing Space
A confidential phoneline for anyone in Scotland over the age of 16, feeling low, anxious or depressed. Breathing Space provide a safe and supportive space by listening, offering advice and providing information.
It is their belief and hope that by empowering people, they will have the resources to recover.

Weekend: Friday 6pm-Monday 6am
Breathing Space is free to phone from a landline and any mobile phone network.
The phone number won't show up in telephone bills.
