  • The Committee agreed to introduce a more formalised Internal Audit programme from April 2018.

    • Allocations for the year to date were broadly in line with targets.
    • Tenancy sustainment for the quarter was 100% with all new tenancies lasting at least 12 months.
    • The number of anti-social behaviour complaints in the quarter fell.
    • Total rent arrears fell to 1.72%.
    • The Income Max workload was changing with fewer people being helped due to the more intense nature of Universal Credit support.
  • The Harassment Policy, Rent Arrears Policy and Void Management Policy were all reviewed.
  • Committee agreed to accept the offer to sell Kildean Hospital to the Association and to seek the necessary consent from the Scottish Housing Regulator.
