The following points were covered at the July Committee Meeting:
- The Committee agreed to introduce a more formalised Internal Audit programme from April 2018.
- The Committee agreed to support Gordon Mason, John Fyfe and Neil Macleod re-standing for election at this year’s AGM. Although each had served for 9+years it was considered that they all still actively contributed to discussion and debate.

- Allocations for the year to date were broadly in line with targets.
- Tenancy sustainment for the quarter was 100% with all new tenancies lasting at least 12 months.
- The number of anti-social behaviour complaints in the quarter fell.
- Total rent arrears fell to 1.72%.
- The Income Max workload was changing with fewer people being helped due to the more intense nature of Universal Credit support.
- The Harassment Policy, Rent Arrears Policy and Void Management Policy were all reviewed.
- Committee agreed to accept the offer to sell Kildean Hospital to the Association and to seek the necessary consent from the Scottish Housing Regulator.
